Inclusion Leaders provide personalised provision for pupils, in an engaging environment, either in small groups or 1:1. The role focuses predominantly on assisting our students in overcoming particular barriers to learning, with focused, targeted support. This may include booster phonics or numeracy application, additional reading opportunities or emotional support. For some, opportunity to work at a higher level of development is required and the extensive array of knowledge, understanding and experiences offered by both inclusion leaders enables pupils to strive for success.

Our aim is to listen, nurture, engage and inspire pupils to become

 confident, independent learners.
